Entries for the 10th annual Investor of the Year Awards are now open and this year, more investors are eligible to enter than ever before. This year, the Awards feature three categories to ensure investors at all levels are recognised – as well as those taking different approaches to property investment.

The three award categories are, New Investor of the Year (someone who has been investing for 5 years or less and is at the beginning of their investment journey), Reno Investor of the Year (Someone who uses renovation as their primary strategy for generating profit from property) and Strategic Investor of the Year (Someone who has been investing for more than 5 years, using a proven strategy that has built their wealth).

Your Investment Property magazine readers who can demonstrate a strong record of building wealth through property are encouraged to complete the short online entry form now for their chance to be recognised as the best in Australia.

The winners in each of the three categories will all receive an amazing prize pack worth $5,795.
