The first ever Property Investment Awards will celebrate excellence across several categories, including buyers’ agents, mortgage brokerages, property advisors and management.
These diverse businesses support the success of property investors and, in many cases, help avert disaster. For instance a savvy building inspector can save big headaches down the road, while solid landlord insurance turns a catastrophe into a mere inconvenience.
Your Investment Property urges the businesses setting the gold standard in service to enter the awards.
“There are businesses that have made an impressive growth over the last year,” said editor, Sarah Megginson. “But the awards aren’t just about the big numbers. We want to know about the human side, and how they helped their clients navigate the many challenges of investment.
“Customer service is something organisations of all sizes can excel in and our judges are ready to be wowed.”
To enter, simply click on the online form, select the appropriate category for the business and enter an open text submission of 500 – 700 words. If a business operates in more than one category (e.g. best mortgage brokerage and best mortgage product), two additional submissions can be made on the same form. Entries close on Friday 1 June.
Winners will be selected by an independent panel of expert judges, before being announced in issue 135 of Your Investment Property later this year.
