Different investment strategies can yield different results – but only the most successful will be recognised in the Strategic Investor category in Your Investment Property’s Investor of the Year Awards.

This award is the ideal chance to showcase your property investing strategy (without revealing too many secrets …) to the entire nation.

•    The strategic investor category is open to those who have been building a portfolio over a longer period of at least five years.

•    The reno investor category is there for those who have built their property wealth through manufacturing growth via renovation projects, which add value and boost rental returns.
