There are only days left to enter the inaugural YIP Property Investors Awards with submissions closing this Friday, 1 June.
Individual investors rely on a network of business to allow their portfolio to flourish. These awards both celebrate the community surrounding the industry and set a benchmark for the players.
Your Investment Property is seeking entries from top performing businesses in the following categories:
- Building or pest inspection – professionals who inspect properties pre-purchase and provide a report outlining any potential issues
- Buyers agents – professionals who work for the buyer, not for the seller
- Developers – companies that develop properties, from individuals and small family outfits to through to big players
- Landlord insurance – providers of specific landlords insurance, such is covering tenant rent default, theft or burglary of items leased to tenants, and natural disasters
- Mortgage brokerage – who provide financial insights and arrange finance for investors
- Mortgage product – specific investment mortgage products
- Property advisors – experts who give advice to property investors
- Property management – professionals who manage properties on behalf of landlords
- Property stylists – professionals who style properties to help owners maximise value when selling/renting
- Short-term rentals – blazing a new path in the industry, which traditionally caters to long-term tenants
- Strata management – companies that assist body corporates to manage multi-dwelling properties
- Tax and depreciation specialists – specialists in property tax and depreciation
