Market days are declining in some suburbs in Australia, indicating that houses are selling faster as prices continue to inch upwards.
PropTrack’s latest report identified the 10 suburbs with the shortest days on market for houses and for units in May.
Leading the housing market is Thabeban in regional Queensland, where house listings only stay 12 days before getting purchased.
In the unit market, Manoora is the fast-selling suburb. Unit buyers in this suburb only have 13 days before the property they are gunning for gets sold.
Interestingly, the top 10 markets for units are all from Queensland, particularly in greater Brisbane.
