Australia’s preeminent guide to the best investment hotspots in the country, Your Investment Property’s annual Top 100 suburbs guide, has been met with great enthusiasm from investors and property professionals alike, applauding the edition as a “must read”.
Chosen from more than 15,000 suburbs across Australia, the Your Investment Property Top 100 suburbs guide, released this month, has been met with a considerable amount of praise.
PRD Nationwide research analyst Aaron Maskrey said this year’s edition is a highly useful tool for anyone considering an investment property purchase. “I have found the Top 100 Suburb list to be an excellent tool for investors to use as their foundation when researching prospective localities,” he said.
Maskrey came out in particularly strong support of the level of detail included. “The information provided is extensive and up-to-date. In addition, the number of experts providing their inside knowledge and opinions, from a range of property backgrounds, makes for a very comprehensive and resourceful publication,” he said.
Maskrey added that he would recommend any buyer looking to invest, either locally or inter-state, to thoroughly read through the Top 100 guide.
Redwerks research director and keen property investor Jeremy Sheppard said he was also impressed by the edition. “This is the best top 100 report I’ve seen in the industry,” he said. “The balance of background information about each market, the choice of charts highlighting the relevant statistics and the fundamental drivers was ideal.”
Sheppard, who has a property portfolio of close to 20 properties, added that he found the guide a compelling read. “I couldn’t put it down until I’d read through the whole lot.”
Owing to the success and prestige lauded to the edition, Your Investment Property editor Nila Sweeney has warned that copies are quickly selling out. “Many news agencies are reporting that the magazines are flying off the shelves and many agencies have now run out of stock,” she said. “We’d advise any investors interested in the edition to get a hold of a copy before they’re sold out.”
The edition is available in news agencies country-wide.
