That will be the question on Saturday when a two bedroom apartment at 29 Terry Street, Surry Hills goes under the hammer, according to The Daily Telegraph.
At 2.85 metres wide, the two storey Victorian terrace is believed to be the narrowest house on the market in Sydney, the Telegraph reported.
While it claims to be a two bedroom apartment, at only 48 square metres the building is two square metres smaller than the required size for a new one bedroom apartment in NSW.
Along with the two bedrooms on the upper floor, the building manages to pack in separate living and dining areas, a small kitchen and a combined bathroom and laundry on the ground floor.
While it may not have size, the property does have some positives, including being located just a short stroll from Central Station and Prince Alfred and it is also zoned mixed use, meaning it could be rented out as a small business with a rental return of $670-$700 per week.
First National Spencer & Servi’s selling agent Annie Hodgson told the Telegraph that the building’s size did not seem to be putting potential buyers off, with a number of people having inspected the property.
