‘The Inside Word is run across major capital cities and this is our fourth year running,’ DHA Lessor Relations Manager, Michael Griffiths said. ‘We see these events as an important part of our ongoing relationship with our lessors and a way of engaging with our customers face-to-face. Attendees can hear from some of the industry’s leading finance and property experts and gain insight on their DHA property. It’s also an opportunity to hear about some of the changes in DHA, including new housing developments and some of the innovative approaches we’re taking in the business.
‘Each year we appoint an independent, licensed valuer to review the property’s rent to market value, and it is this process that often raises questions among investors. Our most recent Inside Word events in Canberra and Sydney provided an opportunity to have all of these questions answered as part of a panel discussion with one of the industry’s leading valuers and member of the DHA valuers panel.’
