Every year at Your Investment Property magazine, we produce our “Top 100 Suburbs” – where we look around Australia and consult with several leading experts about where they think the growth is going to occur.
What makes this year particularly interesting is the fact that we are on the back of some spectacular growth in Sydney and Melbourne, but we’ve also seen both those markets declining.
So where do you go if you’ve got some money and you want to invest?
One of the research experts we consulted was Simon Pressley of Propertyology. He joins Kevin to discuss some of the research that has gone into this annual report and his impressions of what’s going to happen in 2019 with the property market.
